	* content-model-2.dat: Removed (moved to
	dom-conformance/xml-1.dat, dom-conformance/html-1.dat,
	dom-conformance/html-links-1.dat,
	dom-conformance/html-objects-1.dat,
	dom-conformance/html-interactive-1.dat, and
	dom-conformance/html-flows-1.dat).

	* content-model-3.dat: Removed (moved to
	dom-conformance/xml-global.dat).

	* content-model-4.dat: Removed (moved to
	dom-conformance/html-texts-1.dat and
	dom-conformance/html-links-1.dat).

	* content-model-5.dat: Removed (moved to
