<p><dfn>Whatpm</dfn> is a set of Perl modules for
Web hypertext application technologies.</p>

<p>It currently contains two Perl modules:</p>

  <dd>An implementation of HTML5 Content Type sniffing algorithm.</dd>
<dt><a href="Whatpm/HTML.html"><code>Whatpm::HTML</code></a></dt>
  <dd>An implementation of HTML5 parsing algorithm and
  <code>innerHTML</code> serialization.</dd>
</dl>
