<p><dfn>Whatpm</dfn> is a <em>work-in-progress</em> set of Perl modules for
Web hypertext application technologies.  It is part
of the <a href="http://suika.fam.cx/www/2006/manakai/" rel=up>manakai</a>
project.</p>
