implementers and users; and (3) increase the priority of
connection with the validator community. I expect that the
charters will be publicly available in the September time frame.

2004年12月に [[HTML WG]] と [[HCG]] の[[憲章]]が切れて、
それから2年も経って [Q@en[in a phase of initial review]] でつか。。。
やらないより遅い方がましではありますが。。
