- [2] 現在節は、 [[XSLT]] [[スタイルシート]]の[[雛形]]中に於いて処理対象である節を示します。雛形の[[実現値化]]の過程では常に1つの節が現在節に、それをふくむ1つ以上の節が現在節並びに含まれます。
- [3] 現在節は [[XPath]] の[[文脈節]]とよく似ています。実際 XSLT スタイルシート中の XPath [[式]]を評価する時には、普通現在節を最初の状態の文脈節とします。
