	* cc-style.css (img): New rule not to make border
	for img[usemap].

	* cc.cgi: |table.cgi|-feature merged.  Doctype
	token was serialized incorrectly.

	* table-script.js (tableToCanvas): Has second
	argument to specify the parent.  Use image map
	to identify cells.

	* table.cgi: Minor fix to sync with the aforementioned
	change.
