	* Output.pm (nl_text): Support for |<var>{octets}</var>|,
	|<var>{char}</var>|, and |<var>{char:hexref}</var>|
	macros.
	(generate_input_section): More charsets are added
	to the list of charsets.

	* Result.pm: Pass |char| and |octets| arguments
	to |nl_text|.
